Product took around 3 weeks for delivery and when it did finally arrive it was the old model without the top strap making the headtorch unstable
I was looking for a flashlight with a simple UI that just is very bright.
The Falcon X1 does exactly that.
A lot of light - just white. And the night becomes day.
The styling is amazing too.
And the support answers questions. I already have the X0 and cannot wait to get my X2 pro that I backed on kickstarter.
Compré una linterna de la marca Wuben junto con un extensor de baterías, y la experiencia ha sido completamente decepcionante. La linterna venía con una batería incluida, pero el extensor no traía la batería adicional necesaria para su uso. Al contactar con el servicio al cliente, me dijeron que no enviaban baterías por correo porque eran materiales peligrosos, lo cual es absurdo, ya que la linterna llegó con una batería incluida.
Como solución, me indicaron qué tipo de batería era compatible. La compré por Amazon, pero al recibirla y probarla, me encontré con que no caben dos baterías del tipo indicado en el extensor. Esto demuestra una total falta de coherencia y seriedad por parte de la marca.
Me siento estafado y engañado. No pienso volver a comprar ningún producto de Wuben ni recomendaré esta marca a nadie. Su atención al cliente y sus productos dejan mucho que desear.
I purchased a Wuben flashlight along with a battery extender, and the experience has been completely disappointing. The flashlight came with one battery included, but the extender didn’t come with the additional battery needed for its use. When I contacted customer service, they told me they don’t ship batteries because they’re considered hazardous materials. This is absurd, as the flashlight itself arrived with a battery included.
As a solution, they told me which type of battery was compatible. I bought it on Amazon, but when I received it and tested it, I found that two batteries of the specified type don’t fit in the extender. This shows a complete lack of coherence and seriousness from the brand.
I feel scammed and misled. I will not purchase any Wuben products again, nor will I recommend this brand to anyone. Their customer service and products are far from satisfactory.
It has some contact issues, some times it switches off in my hand without me touching the power button, if it falls down it also switches off.
It empties the battery in days, even without using it, some times when plugged in i am not sure if it is charging correct.
The Battery indicator also doesn't show the truth i think.
I bought this because i wanted a headlight, and had no issues with my two Wuben L50. But i wouldn't buy this one again.
No matter if outdoors, making music in dark location or next to my bed in moonlight mode - it’s a gorgeous flashlight. Would love to have a second on in brass - it seems out of stock 🫣
I am happy with the product, but i had it only for a short time , so i can`t say anything about it`s durability. Feels heavy in a good way , all parts are exchangable, and i really like it`s esy to set to the brightness you want , without clickking throuh a long row od ``red`` b``blinking`´ etc . Took a long time to arrive ( almost 2 weeks ) but it was worth waiting for it . Bought two .
The flashlight fits very well in the hand and is also very practical, but it would be nicer if you didn't have to double-click to select the strobe mode. It would be better if there was a switch to set the different modes.
The Box is coming but is broken
I received the incorrect headband, I ordered the new version (like in the pictures) but received an older model that was not on any pictures and no text or warning stating there was a possibility to receive at the time. The seller did not want to ship the correct product without me paying shipping even though they admitted fault in the issue, will not be buying any more wuben products.

Ich nutze die Lampe zum Spazieren gehen mit dem Hund. Einfach top! Schön klein und Handlich!
Nachdem ich das Gewinde der Endkappe ordentlich nachgearbeitet hatte ließ sich die Lampe auch einschalten. Jetzt funktioniert sie. Ich hätte mir ein bereits fertiges Produkt gewünscht.
