the only comlpain i have is that the battery is fixed and the charging box's paint leave marks and i have not used it yet but that doesnt keep me away from this light

Unfortunately, one piece you sent does not work properly. Turns on only if it is connected to the charger. I could not find a refund option on your website. Please tell me how to issue a return and get money for this faulty product. Best regards, Irina.
