Very bad experience with wuben

The returning policy with sending it back to China and pay myself for it, it's really bad!
The communication about sending back is worst case, rude and unprofessional

6 month delivery time...

The light is nice, but has some design flaws. No real low or moonlight mode, no brightness adjusting for the colors. Build quality is very good though.

The tactical switch is a nice concept, but the implementation is terrible. Switches the light on in memory mode, no way to use turbo with it. Should go to turbo like on the upcoming X4.

Wuben sold lights as in stock that weren't in stock and it took about 6 month until they delivered it finally.

The Wuben X2 Pro RGB is a great flashlight in a small format.
It fulfills many of the requirements for a flashlight.
The infinitely adjustable brightness and the option of different colors are a highlight.
The optional tactical switch is another gimmick.
I am very satisfied with the X2pro and it will certainly not be my last Wuben flashlight.
The only small drawback is the long wait for delivery, but this was compensated for by a small gift.

Compact, powerful, packed with features

Even though I waited a long time for the order to be processed (since 12/2024), the wait was worth it. The flashlight is compact, I didn't expect such a compact size. The user interface is unconventional, but very functional, addictive, you can easily get used to it and then you have no problem controlling the light even in complete darkness just by touch. The intensity of the main reflector is sufficient, whether it is hiking, walking, or cycling. You can use the additional reflector most often as a signal or in the form of a flashing colored light in an emergency situation (most often red light). I have very good experiences as a pedestrian on the road at night outside the village, then I use the flashing of police lights in blue-red, then you can see from afar that cars are slowing down, and you feel safer. I haven't specifically tested the battery life. But since I charged them after receiving the shipment, everything has been working so far, I haven't charged them again until today. The advantage of the light was also the number of accessories in the delivery - a removable tactical switch, an auxiliary helmet mount, a hand strap, and 2 rechargeable Wuben batteries. So the system is plug-and-play. You don't have to buy anything extra.
